Meet Amanda Means
Lead Organizer & Move Manager,
a.k.a “The Energizer Bunny”

Hi, I’m Amanda! I’ve been organizing spaces and taming chaos for as long as I can remember. Growing up in an ultra-organized family (seriously, even our label maker had a label!), I developed a talent for creating order early on.
That skill came in handy during my years as a nanny, where I became an expert at managing toy explosions, streamlining daily routines, and setting up systems that made life easier for busy families. And then during my years as a caterer, where I coordinated major events and calmed even the most stressed-out clients.
I’m originally from Essex, Mass., but for the past 20 years, I’ve called Salem home, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love this community and feel so lucky to raise my daughter here. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, visiting my favorite animal sanctuary, or—yep—reorganizing my own home just for fun.

I truly love what I do. Sometimes I joke with clients that I should be paying them because organizing makes me so happy! Whether I’m helping someone downsize, packing for a big move, or staging their home for sale, my goal is always the same: to make the process easier, less stressful, and even fun. I believe your home should work for you, not against you, and sometimes all it takes is a fresh perspective to see the possibilities.
My best friend of almost 30 years describes me as caring, thoughtful, and kind, and I hope my clients feel the same way after working with me!

Fun facts
- I love anything pink and sparkly, but make no mistake, I’m no powder puff!
- Lisa and I met when I catered her wedding, and we reconnected years later and discovered we'd both become professional organizers.
- I have a very bossy Pomeranian who keeps me and my partner on our toes.
