Meet Meg Greenslade

Organizer & Move Support Specialist,
a.k.a “The Ace of Space”

If there’s one thing I know, it’s how to handle a move. I’ve lived in nine states, attended four different elementary schools, and crisscrossed the country on road trips. Now I call Massachusetts home — again! My first time living here? Kindergarten. My second? Right now, in Lowell, with my husband and our 90-pound yellow lab, Mr. Briggs.

I have a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and spent 16 years as a college professor. My past life was all about problem-solving, logistics, and connecting with my students, some of whom were neurodivergent. I love to learn about and celebrate how different people see and experience the world. I think all of these skills make me a great organizer!

My journey into professional organizing started with a personal project: helping my mom downsize and move across the country. Finding new homes for furniture, a piano, and an impressive collection of arts and crafts supplies (not to mention sorting through years of paperwork) made me realize just how difficult big transitions can be and how much I love making them feel simple and stress-free.

I have great spatial relations ability, meaning I can usually figure out what fits into a space or box without measuring. And, I find organizing closets especially fun and satisfying. I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by things that bring me joy and peace, so I enjoy bringing that same feeling to my clients.

Fun facts

  • I played badminton in high school and college and love watching it during the Olympics.
  • I’m left-handed but use right-handed scissors and play racket sports right-handed.
  • I love hot yoga, pilates, running, and baking—so if I’m not organizing, I’m probably moving or making something delicious.
